STORM VENT OPENING SOLUTION
Storm’s vent opening machine is placed in the evisceration overhead conveyor at 1800 and 2400 curve, after the vent cutter this opening machine EV shackles are guided into the in feed section of the machine, birds are held in position by lower part of the processing unit against the breast bone, this use the swivel movement, so knife guide enters the bird properly and guides away from the vent, cutting the vent’s abdominal skin. Finally the birds released from the unit.
