STORM VENT CUTTER SOLUTION
conveyor at 1800 and 2400 curve this first machine in the EV line, directly after the rehanger/hock cutter. Overhead conveyor’s EV shackles are guided into the in feed section of the machine, with the back of the birds towards the centre of the machine. The birds are held in position by the lower part of the processing unit. The drilling section of the processing unit is lowered on to the bird the centering cone enter the vent and the knife starts drilling the first part of the skin. Finally the bird is lowered again while the in the drilling unit.
