HOCK CUTTER
Storm provides versatile Hock cutter at 1800 to cut hocks perfectly, the birds are moves along on shackles overhead conveyor. A shackle guide is positioned to bend the hocks just before a rotating cutter cuts through the ankle joint. It can handle various weight ranges of birds.
