Storm provides in line plucking machine, the birds pass through a series of plucking machines that are equipped with driven motors, belt rotating discs, each rotating disc having number of imported plucking fingers. Each plucking machine having two height and width adjustable mechanism, each disc panel bank is adjustable angle/degree mechanism. Easy and simple adjustment in height width and angle, even during the production. The alternate discs rotates clock and anti lock wise direction, discs closely follow the contours of the bird and water spray removes the plucked feathers, provide excellent plucking results. Efficiency and ease of use are key features of Storm’s plucking machine and their precision in operation provides optimum plucking results with an absolute minimum of incidental damage to the skin of the bird.
